Women Empowerment programme will run concurrently within a space of twenty-four (24) months at different locations in Nigeria. It will begin with massive training and capacity building to boost collaboration, inclusiveness and awareness towards the success of EJIRAF CR. This will be followed by registration and adoption of Training of Trainer (ToT) method to deliver the training activities under this initiative. The women beneficiaries of the training are expected to step-down the training to their respective group members of at least ten (10) persons under a structured setting that guarantees evidence of the training held and data quality. In total, the intervention is anticipated to impact thirty thousand (30,000) women in the production, supply and marketing value chains of Bakery, Fabric and Sanitary Towels factories.

It is expected that the proposed initiatives will impact directly on 200,000 children, youth and women in Nigeria over a period of two (2) years, from May 2021 to April 2023.
